He is the founder and president of EuroGroup Laminations SpA, the international company leader in the production of stators and rotors for electric motors and generators. Having graduated as an electrotechnical expert, he founded Eurotranciatura in 1967 with two cousins, a small company with six employees for the production of magnetic laminations for electric motors and generators. In 1980, on the back of constant growth, he transformed the company into a joint-stock company. At the time, it operated from a plant in Baranzate in a covered area of 7,000 square metres, had 59 employees and used 16,000 tonnes of steel per annum for electrical use as raw material. In the same year, he established Alcast Srl and added aluminium die casting to the initial blanking of rotors. In the second half of the 1980s, it undertook an external growth strategy with the acquisitions of Corrada SpA, operating on the international market in the production of blanking moulds, and subsequently of SAF SpA, specialised in the production of blanked laminations and components for small electric motors. 

Sergio Iori

Since 2008, the Chief Executive Officer at EuroGroup Laminations, the Italian company leader in the production and distribution of core components (motors and generators) for electrical machines and all industry applications. His journey with the company started 26 years ago, when he began to work side by side with Sergio Iori, his father-in-law and the founder, who started it in 1967. Since then, they have taken it from an Italian electromechanical family business to become pioneers in energy transition in the automotive sector. Now heading the global industry in the sector, achieving in February of 2023 being listed in the stock market of EURONEXT Milano.

Marco Arduini

Born in Dairago (MI) in 1964, she graduates in Economia Aziendale summa cum laude from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, Milan in 1987.

Maria Giovanna Calloni

Chartered Accountant since 1990, founded Studio Ebreo & Partners. He is Adjunct Professor of corporate taxation at the MIP Politecnico di Milano, now Polimi GSoM, lecturer at the Master Tributario Sole24Ore, speaker at specialised conferences and author of numerous publications on tax matters.  He deals with  reorganisation and tax planning of business and family assets, tax litigation and pre-litigation, assistance in tax audits, due diligence and management of tax pathologies, taxation of internationalisation processes, and specialised tax and corporate consultancy.

Born in 1969 in Stuttgart, Germany. At the age of 4 he moved to Italy where he attended the European School in Varese, where he graduated in 1987.  He graduated in Economics and Business Administration at the Bocconi University in Milan in 1993. Since then he has been working for Diwa, an import-export company, where he started his work as agent for Germany and as for Northern and Eastern Europe. In 2006 he became a partner and managing director of the same company, a position he still holds today.

She graduated in 1979 in business economy from the Bocconi University of Milan. In 1993 she has been appointed member of the board of Lecco’s Register of Certified Business Consultants and Accounting Experts and from 1999 to 2007 she has been the Chairman of the same Register.
